Skills Management Tool For Manufacturing Industry
Formulated the product vision, product strategy, and roadmap for the digital component of a $9M upskill program funded by the Canadian Government aimed to solve the pressing workforce gap in Canada’s manufacturing sector.
Drove and led the product discovery in solving the workforce shortage problem using Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology with a cross-disciplinary expert panel from data science, manufacturing, workforce management, and academia. Conceptualized an AI-powered career and training recommendation platform, securing $2.3M in funding for a proof-of-concept.
Successfully launched and managed platform with a suite of six upskill tools including an AI-powered skill management tool, an eLearning product, a micro-credential product, a technical skill assessment product, a durability skill assessment product, and a strategic gap analysis tool.
NGen leads 500+ technological adoption projects worth $2.37B funded by the Government of Canada to enhance global competitiveness for the Canadian manufacturing industry.
