As Project Manager, led a team of 30 developers, interaction designers, visual designers, and web analysts to successfully execute quarterly marketing campaigns on telus.com.

Project managed the UX design, development and continuous user experience improvement of the product purchasing flow in supporting new product and promotion launch for each quarter.

Project managed the launch of ‘Voice of the Customers’ project and integrated with Omniture for telusmobility.com to collect holistic, qualitative and quantitative insights into online customer needs and behaviours, resulting in improved customer experience.
